Application name, Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF
Was offering a free 7 day trial via Samsung Electronics GmbH Adobe Systems Inc.
It clearly states that billing beings after trial ends. Yet I was charged £7.69 straight away!
I contacted Samsung store to be told I need to contact Adobe.
I then went on a live chat with Adobe and was being asked for my card details by the agent to enable them to find the transaction.
I gave the last 4 digits and was told they needed all the card details.
I refused to provide all my card details and was told that they were unable to help me to trace the transaction.
So £7.69 was taken from my account and even when I opened the app it was still telling me that I needed to purchase the subscription in order for it to work?!
Feel totally robbed!
