Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing?

 

if you cannot locate the files on the cloud, please let us know the name of the cloud storage service where you uploaded the photos and files? If they were uploaded to Adobe Document Cloud, you can log in here: Adobe Document Cloud using your Adobe ID and password to check if the files are there.

 

If you were referring to something else, please let us know.
