As mentioned, if you are willing to change the payment method from PayPal to credit card. Then sorry to say, This currently cannot be done online. To change your payment method from a credit card to PayPal, or from PayPal to a credit card you need to contact Adobe customer care billing team.
Change or update your credit card and billing information in your Adobe ID account
