How do I know if someone has downloaded my data with out me knowing please.

Where have you saved the data?

It was saved to my Adobe, I had a strange folder with my name on an when I tried to open it it had a password that I have never seen

Hi @Deleted User,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. 

The snap you shared shows the recent files on your list. You won't be able to open the file from the list if it is deleted. To remove the file from your current list, you can click on the three dots (to the right of the file name)-> click on remove from recent.

Also, the logo beneath the file names shows where the files are saved. For instance, the first two files are saved on your google drive, while the others are stored in your device's internal storage. None of the files here are saved in your Adobe Cloud Storage.
