Disappeared cloud files

I reloaded the app on my iPad and all my cloud files disappeared. Also erased from my phone app which was not reloaded. Have checked web and signed in several different ways with no joy. It appears that my local files have been transferred to the cloud and used to replaced my enormously larger cloud file of two years work. What's left in the local file is a 'welcome'. Any suggestions before I consider hari kiri?

Please log-in to document cloud (https://adobe.ly/3YOKnAC) using the Adobe ID that you are using on this community > go to Documents tab > Check for the files, under 'Your Documents' tab and see if that works for you.

 

Let us know how it goes.

Please, please, help me. The files are not in Your Documents.

Thanks. I tried all three log ins: direct, Apple masked and Google masked. Same result. When I was working yesterday in desperation with on-line chat, they suddenly cut me off and transferred me to accounts because they believed the account was expired, thus confirming that there are two accounts associated with the same email address. But no one will listen. Accounts says it a tech problem.

Do you have access to Acrobat Premium through your work? I checked the Adobe account associated with the email you’re using on this community (Gmail), but I couldn’t find another account under the same Adobe ID. Do you happen to have a different email address for your work account? If so, please share it with us, and we can look into it further.
