Do you pay monthly for the app on an iPad?

I bought the app for $19.99 and I’m wondering if it’s a one time thing or you have to pay it monthly.

I have tried to check your account with the email address that you used to sign-in to Forums. I cannot find any service listed under your account.

It would be helpful if you can share the Adobe ID (email address) that you used to purchase the service in a private message.
