Editing a PDF with Adobe Acrobat Premium

Hi,

im wondering if someone can help me?

i downloaded and set up a subscription for Adobe Acrobat Premium in order to edit a PDF document I have but I can't see anywhere on the app that allows me to edit the document once I open it. Can someone help me at all? 

I've tried all of the icons shown below but can't see how to edit
