Hello,

I am using Adobe Acrobat on my mobile (android), and I wabted to use the Fill&Sign feature. On my PC the feature is working well, but on the mobile it doing some problems. The marks are working well (The 'X' mark and 'V' mark, and signature) but the feature of filling details by writing is not good. After I add some detail, I click outside the box to save it (same as the marks) but then the text is vanishing. The weird thing is, when I click the same location where I added the text, the text appears and let me edit the text, but when I want to save it tge text disappears.

Maybe this feature is for premium? What am I doing wrong?

And further question, if I have 2 PDF files and I want to merge between them, so the two files will be on the same PDF file on 2 pages, how can I do it? And if this feature is for free useres or only premium?

Before Im paying for a subscription, I want to know how it works and if it works well and can be useful for me. And if Im paying a subscription, I cab use all this features on my PC also? Or I have to pay for subscription on my mobile and on my PC?

And the last queation, with the same subscription, I could scan files with ny mobile and create a PDF of scanned file? Or it is a different app or maybe different subscription? I saw you have a lot of apps and its confusing 🙂

Thank you guys and have a good day, Tal.

Hi @Tal2787234323ek,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

For the first question, I tried doing it at my end and it worked fine. What I doubt is the way the file is created.

Would you mind sharing

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using;

2. The operating system [Android/iOS] you are using;

3. a sample file with us to reproduce at our end;

4. A screen recording of the workflow for better understanding.

You may learn about the features for Acrobat Reader Mobile from here: FAQ | Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app

Also, since you want to use the subscription on PC too, I suggest opting in for the Acrobat Pro DC subscription which would enable you to use the full features of Acrobat on desktop, Acrobat online services on the web, Acrobat Reader Mobile, and Adobe Scan.

You may learn more from here: Adobe Acrobat Pro pricing & options | Adobe Acrobat

Hope this helps.

-Souvik.
