I am trying to end my 7 day free trial. It says to go into Google apps to end it, but it doesn't show so I'm not able to cancel it. I do not want to use the app. I need it to be canceled.
Please check if you are using the same email you used to purchase it. As we can check, there is no subscription active on your email. Try with a different email and check if that works. Here is a discussion link on a similar issue. Please check the refund process there.
