Error opening PDF

Almost all pdf's downloaded from the web cannot be opened with Acrobat Reader mobile (android 11 Pixel 4), only after opening them with either Google PDF reader or the Microsoft O365 app we can open de Pdf in Acrobat Reader. Error message the file is corrupted and cannot be opened

Currently I'm looking only for a solution, can you explain why I should sign a NDA when I'm a paying customer with an maintenance agreement?
