Hi @vij_5988,

Thanks for the response.

Since the file is protected using FileOpen plugin for Acrobat, the same features aren't available on iPad.

You need to open the file through the FileOpen viewer first to pass the authentication.

Steps so can be found here: https://adobe.ly/4oNdMoi.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Souvik.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

It seems to be an issue with the document structure. Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF files and check. What is the version of the Acrobat mobile app and the iOS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App Store and reboot the device once and check.

Let us know how it goes.

~Amal

Hi Amal

Thanks for the reply. It's with the pdf protected with "File open software". Even it's not showing password to open as I send the screenshot in previous attachment. Normal pdf I am able to open. Can you please look into it how " file open software" protected pdf can be opened? This is a pressing issue and it does not related to document itself. As I am able to open the same file open protracted pdf in adobe reader in windows laptop. And I have latest version of both adove(25.10.00) and file open(1.0.10) and iPadOS 26.0.1.

please resolve asap. Thank you!
