FIll and sign on iPad not allowing me to sign in.

The iPad version of Fill and sign does not work. I sign in then it shows the confirmation code screen for a split second and then says operation failed and kicks me out. I receive the Code in my texts, but never have enough time to enter it before the screen kicks me out. Please help!

The 2 step verification code. The code entry form pops up. I receive the text with the code but the code entry form closes 1/2 second after it opens and does not allow code entry. Then a screen shows "operation failed" It does this over and over again. Every time I try.
