Fillable pdf for sent to my email is blank

Hi ,I recently has this issue that I filled out the pdf form and then send it to my email,but it open blank. I don't have this issue before...I tried so many ways but still not works.. I updated the APP,I restarted my iPad,I didn't open the file with other browsers. Because it was sent to my gmail,and I just click open the pdf ,it shows nothing. I even try to save it,still not works. It not happened before ,its just happening these day!!! What else can i do ?thanks

This sounds strange and we would like to learn more for better investigation. Please share a few pieces of information:

1. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The OS [iOS/Android] of your device and its version;

3. A screen recording of the issue for better understanding.

Sorry for the delayed response. 

 

Once you made the annotations, have you tried clicking the pointer icon to get out of drawing mode and then sending the copy of the file? 

From the recording, it looks like the app is still in drawing mode, which results in the annotations not getting carried forward.
