Filled formed won’t save for printing purposes

After filling out the forms, saving as a pdf, I try to print but the form is blank.  I tried emailing the filled form and printing it from my email, I can open the pdf, see that the form is filled out but when I send to print, the form is blank and prints blank.  Please advise, I appreciate it.
