Não consigo abrir ou enviar PDF ou imagens pelo WhatsApp em um dos chips...informa formato incompatível.

1. Make and model your mobile device.

2. OS version?

3. Acrobat reader version?

4. Whatsapp version?

5. If possible, could you share some screenshots of the issue?

Kindly sign out from Acrobat reader restart the device and sign in again. Let us know if that works.
