Would you mind sharing a few more details for further investigation:
1. The app version of Acrobat you are using (go to Profile> About Acrobat);
2. The iOS version of your device;
3. The sample file to test.
Also, I suggest installing the language on your device by going to Settings-> General-> Language & region-> Add a language.
