I am having trouble with the scanned documents I couldn't opened up PDF Acrobat first time I have this issue thanks

Would you mind briefing us more on the issue with a few pieces of information:
1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);
2. The OS (Android/iOS) and its version your device is running on;
3. A screen recording of the workflow you follow when you experience the error.
