Help printing using Brothers IPrint&Scan

• I need to print a filled document from Accrobat using my Android phone and Brothers printer without posting to the Cloud which requires the use of IPrint&Scan but when i "Send a Copy" to the app for printing, what is loaded to the printer is the blank form without my filled data.  How can I print the completed filled form?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

To test, if you save a copy of the file after filling the form, do you still see a blank form or is the file filled with data?

Also, to investigate further, would you mind sharing a few pieces of information:

1. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The Android version of your device;

3. The model of the Brother Printer you are using;

4. A screen recording video of the entire event for a better understanding and assistance.

Have you tried saving the copy of the form after filling it and then try to print this saved copy of the form, as suggested in the previous response.

Says some features only accessible on Version 11 up.  Mine is Version 9.

I can see the filled copy on Acrobat and in My Files, but what is transmitted to my printer is blank whether transmitted from my saved file or from Acrobat.

Saving a copy does not help.  I am using my GalaxyS8+ mobile phone with Android Version 9 printing via wifi to my Brither HL-L2380DW printer using the required Brother iPrint&Scan app.

Video screen recording is not available on my device.  There is really nothing much to record.  I open the filled document filled and saved to my phone in Adobe Acrobat, then click share at the top of the page and "send a copy" on the bottom if the page.  I select the iPrint&Scan app and it initiates the printer sending the form BUT the form the printer receives has been stripped of all filled content as verified by "preview" so the printer prints a blank form.  I need to print filled forms but cannot figure out how.

As I have repeatedly said, Android 9 cannot create these videos.  I have detailed at length all steps taken and results.

When I use Adobe Accrobat yo fill a downloaded file, when I send a copy to my  Brothers HL-L 2380DL printer, the form shown in print preview and the printed copy are devoid of any filled data.  This printer requires use of IPrint&Scan to print from mobile phone.  Tapping Print in Adobe does not initiate the printer.

Hi there,

If possible, could you try checking if the issue happens on another device running Android 11? Also, please check if there are any pending updates for your printer driver or firmware—updating these might help.

If the issue still occurs, please share a short video showing the steps you're taking and the problem as it occurs? For better understanding the issue and investigate further.

Only have access to my android mobile phone running Android 9.  Cannot upgrade operating system due to phone age.  All apps and browsers are up to date.

Creating the video I don't  believe is possible on Android 9.  I think that is only possible on later versions.

Please share the phone's make and model and a series of screenshots as you follow the steps on your phone and the issue starts to occur.

Sorry, financial information I am not willing to share even in private messages, so cannot send screen shots of existing files which will not print the filled data.  I will need to attempt to find a less private form online that I can download and fill in Adobe and create the requested screen shots.  This may take a while.

I have no access to other devices so have no idea what is possible using other devices whether they be computers, iphones, other android versions, or other printers.  I am limited by what I have access to using.
