I need to print a filled document from Accrobat using my Android phone and Brothers printer without posting to the Cloud which requires the use of IPrint&Scan but when i "Send a Copy" to the app for printing, what is loaded to the printer is the blank form without my filled data. When I use Adobe Accrobat yo fill a downloaded file, when I send a copy to my Brothers HL-L 2380DL printer, the form shown in print preview and the printed copy are devoid of any filled data. This printer requires use of IPrint&Scan to print from mobile phone. Tapping Print in Adobe does not initiate the printer.

Hi there,

If possible, could you try checking if the issue happens on another device running Android 11? Also, please check if there are any pending updates for your printer driver or firmware—updating these might help.

If the issue still occurs, please share a short video showing the steps you're taking and the problem as it occurs? For better understanding the issue and investigate further.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

To test, if you save a copy of the file after filling the form, do you still see a blank form or is the file filled with data?

Also, to investigate further, would you mind sharing a few pieces of information:

1. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The Android version of your device;

3. The model of the Brother Printer you are using;

4. A screen recording video of the entire event for a better understanding and assistance.

As I have repeatedly said, Android 9 cannot create these videos. I have detailed at length all steps taken and results.
