Se me ha cobrado la cuota anual cuando ya se había pasado la fecha y no tenía dinero en el banco.. Ahora que he cobrado resulta que lo han cargado en cuenta y yo necesito ese dinero. Por favor, necesito el reembolso cuanto antes. No uso la aplicación.
