I want to read PDFs on my iPad and use the OCR feature. Yesterday, the software displayed a recommendation for Reader Plus, but I closed it. Now I want to subscribe to this package, but I can’t find the option. Please tell me how to open this subscription. OCR is very important to me.

Hi there

We're sorry for the trouble and the frustration. We discussed this with our internal team and got an update .

To subscribe to Reader Plus please follow the steps below:

  1. Subscribe to Acrobat Premium
  2. Go to Settings > Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions > Select Adobe Acrobat Premium > Select See All Plans > You should be able to see and subscribe to an Acrobat Reader Plus plan.

Please remember, your Plus subscription will only start once your current Premium subscription has ended.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well.

Please give us some time to get this checked. We will share the update as soon as we get any information.

Also note that, Acrobat Reader Plus is currently only available to a limited set of customers as part of our ongoing efforts to identify and address our customers’ unique document needs. If Adobe Acrobat Reader Plus is not visible in your app, you can get access to the paid mobile tools by purchasing Acrobat Premium on the Settings page.

Hello, thank you for your suggestion.

In the link you provided, I found a method. Is it possible for me to subscribe to Premium and then downgrade the subscription? Can this approach allow me to subscribe to Reader Plus?

Hi there,

Thanks for checking in again.

If you are not subscribed to a paid plan right now, you can get the option for Reader Plus Plan by going to Settings in the app, click on Subscriptions, and you should see the Reader Plus Plan there to subscribe to.

Let us know if you experience any trouble and need more help.

Thank you again for your response. However, I checked our settings interface and did not find the Plus subscription option you mentioned. Our subscription interface looks like this.

I still have not activated the Plus subscription, which makes me very upset.IMG_0007.jpeg

Thank you very much! Following your suggestion, I successfully activated the Plus feature and enjoyed a 7-day Premium trial. This has been a great help to me.
