Also, you posted to the Acrobat Reader for Mobile (beta). Are you using the beta version? If not, are you using:

  • Acrobat
  • Acrobat Reader
  • Acrobat Reader for Mobile
  • Acrobat Online ?

 

We can move your post to the proper forum. Right now your post is the only one in Acrobat Reader for Mobile (beta), as so far not a single beta user has posted here.

You replied to a post from two years ago and have given us little to no information to go on.

  • If the document is locked, you need the password to open it.
  • If you are getting a message that you need to use Acrobat Reader on a desktop, then you can't open it on a mobile device and need to use Acrobat Reader (for desktop).

If your issue is something else, please clarify and post a screenshot of any error message.

 

You posted to Acrobat Reader Mobile. Is that what you are using? Android or iOS?
