I can’t access premium

Dear team,

can you please help, subscribtion already active & money deducted through Apple ID however I can't access premium features & asked me to subscribe & when click subscribe it shiws me that I'm already subscribed !!

I've been going back and forth with Apple and Adobe for over a month for this same issue. Apple shows my subscription active until 04/22, but Adobe has no record of  my account - despite the fact that I've been using the app since April of this year.  It just stopped working one day, showing my status as a "free user".   Any help is appreciated!

1. Tap on profile icon.

2. Tap on subscription.

3. Tap on restore purchase.

Hi 

 

this doesn't work for me. This is the second time this has happened. One day it stopped allowing premium and then it started again and now it's stopped working again. These troubleshoots don't work for me. 
paying $17 a month for this 🤦‍:male_sign:

This troubleshoot does not work for me either! I posted a similar discussion yesterday and di not receive a reply. I went a head an request a refund. it is complete Bullsh*t that I paid $69.99 and can not acces the premium features and when I am told to connect support here via a discussion, I received NO RESPONSE!
