I'd like a refund

I set up a free trial version of the program because of my university assignment, but I used it once and didn't need it, but I forgot to cancel the subscription, so I paid 93,000 won, which is worth a year. I want to get a refund for this amount. I don't know how to get a refund no matter how much I look for it, so I leave it here.
