I'd like to know how to refund the amount I paid without knowing, how do I cancel my subscription.

I was a user who used Adobe‘s free trial, but I canceled my subscription before the free trial ended, and the payment details were sent that 14300 Korean won was paid today. I want to request a refund, what should I do? I couldn’t find the account that was paid from. I don‘t use this function anymore, so I want a refund.

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any active/paid plan. If you have purchased the plan via Apple/iTunes, we do not have full access to manage such account. Please try to contact Apple support for cancellation/refunds.

I wouldn't have tried it. I also asked because I didn't know which account the money was sent to, but what do you mean to ask Apple support? Please find a way to get a refund of 14300 won. I'm sure the money went to adobe.
