I have a subscription on my phone but I can't access the editable on my computer?

I have a premium account and get full access from my cell phone. However, when editing time through my computer, I can't because I am directed to a page to make a new plan! If my plan is up to date and I still have a period of use, why can't I access from my computer to edit the file?

And what EXACT Adobe Program are you Asking about.

A subscription to LrM on your phone does NOT allow you to install LrC or even the Cloud base Lr Desktop on your computer. As far as I know. That would be a separate subscription to use either LrD or LrC on your computer.

Although if you had subscribed to either the Photography Plan or the Lr Cloud base subscription you would get the Mobile version of Lr included.

What you need to do it logn to the main Adobe website, Sign in use the same Adobe ID you used to buy the mobile version subscription and check the status of your account and subscription.

Hello Marcelo

I see you are using Acrobat Premium on Android.  I will move your post once more to the correct location, so that the Acrobat team can confirm whether your subscription supports only Mobile or also Desktop Acrobat usage.
