Identity theft data breach on all my accounts

I am a victim of online and offline identity theft and I'm in a big mess of data breaches and exposed to VA military benifits student loans business on spectrum business AT&T Business And TMobile business all on line offline and if you set up and take a pic Google lens what is going on in the background on tvs
