all the highl and notes disappeared , I work mor than one month on it , please help me. How can I recover my file.?

Would you please provide more information about your problem so that we can help you?

Where is the PDF document stored?  Is it stored locally on your iPad/iPhone or cloud storage (e.g. Adobe Document Cloud, Dropbox, Google Drive)?

Would you check all locations to see if you have multiple copies of the PDF document?

Do you recall what happened before all the highlights and notes disappeared?  Did you close the PDF document yourself by tapping the < (Back) button?  Did you see an error message when you tried to close the PDF document?

Hi Dear

I profoundly appreciate for your response. The original file was Law

society exam material in PDF format that I downloaded it and then open and

save it in Adobe on my Ipad. when I work on that file the massage came that

initiate I must create a local file so I accept and Local file created with

Adobe logo. I continue with that local file that yesterday night the

program soddenly closed and after that automatically came up again but all

notes and highlights was gone?

please help me, I have  just one month time to write the exam and I do not

know what should I do.

I did not duplicate that file on Dropbox or any other drives.

    After Acrobat "suddenly closed", did you see the following dialog when you re-launched Acrobat?

    Would you be willing to share your original file and the copy with us (Adobe)?

    I sent you a forum private message with the instructions on how to share your files.
