impossible de convertir votre fichier

Je souhaite convertir un document en PDF et ça m'affiche : "impossible de convertir votre fichier "

alors que jusqu'à maintenant je n'avais pas eu de problème. 
Y'a t'il solution ?

Hope you're doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

Is this an issue with a particular file or with all the files? Please try with a different file and check.  What is the version of the Acrobat mobile app you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App Store or Play Store, and then reboot the device once. 

If it still doesn't work, please log out of the application, reboot the device, and re-login using your Adobe credentials and check.
