when I go to the google drive section in the Adobe iPad app it only shows the 'my drive' option and the shared drive doesn't come up?

Hope you are doing well.
As per the issue description the Google Drive option is not visible. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?
1. Screenshot of the issue?
2. Application version?
Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks,
Harsh

Hi harsh,
screenshot attached.
in this section there should also be a shared drive that I use for work. It shows in all other apps but not this one?
Application version 21.10.00 (20211020.154239)
thanks,

Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Would you mind elaborating more about the concern that you say off? This would help us understand more of the issue and deep-dive into the issue for a better investigation.

It's straightforward, and described well in the original post of this Discussion thread. Several screenshots are available. Easy to reproduce: open Adobe Acrobat on an iPad (or iPhone), tap the Files tab, tap Google, and you'll see only My Drive but not Shared Drives.

hi jamie221618790i9d,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Do you mind checking if the shared drive is in the "My Drive" folder?
Thank you for your patience,
-derek

it is not located inside my drive, I have checked.

As expected. Shared drives are not part of My Drive. They are always listed separately.
Derek - you really need to set up some shared drives and try this yourself. It is immediately obvious they are missing.

Same problem here. It works fine with every other application that conects to google drive. Insted of asking for screen shots they should admit the problem and fix it. It's not user error and there is nothing that screenshots will show you. We are not lying. The Shared drive is just not there

Is there a solution for this problem yet?

@montana5E9F Would you mind rechecking the procedure?
By "again," I mean removing the drive from Reader Mobile and re-adding it.
Please let us know if this works, or we will need to investigate further.

I have the same issue (iPhone 14 Pro). Is there a solution yet?

Has this been resolved? My Drive and Shared Drives are inherently different products in the drive suite and function differently. My company uses shared drives exclusively and since the ipad app doesn't support this, removed the functionality of Adobe Reader for iPad.
