iPad: new version of Acrobat Reader App disappeared

Until yesterday I was still able to use the new version of Acrobat Reader on my iPad. Now i am unable to use it anymore. In the settings there was an option to switch between the new and old version. There is no option any longer. I have to use the old version. Why do change the new version back into the old one? I don´t get it.

Hi @36048376,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

Would you mind updating the application to the latest version and try again?

Please let us know if you still do not see the option to use the New Acrobat.

Hello, thank you for your answer.

  • My version is up-to-date. See first photo. If I open the app store, there is no update-Button to press. It is saying my app is up-to-date.
  • If I open the settings of the Acrobat app, there's no possibility to enable/disable the new version of Acrobat (as I had before the last update). See second photo.
  • When I open a document, you can see it is the old version of Acrobat. See third photo.

The strange things is, that my coworker has the Acrobat App with the same version number. But his Acrobat App looks like the new one. He is also able to switch back to the old version in the setting of the app.
