Hello Everyone,
I use an Apple IPad Pro 12.9 and have the Adobe Acrobat reader with the Pro subscription. I used to be able to click to add new text and this feature is no longer working. Has anyone else experience this. Please help.
Thank you,

Danke

Hi @Christian34770821o5ml @Robert35123493xsmv,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:
1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);
2. The iOS version of your device;
3. What is the mouse make and model you are using;
4. A screen recording of the event for a better understanding.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi there
We are sorry to hear that. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the Acrobat mobile app you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to version 25.03.0 from the App/Play Store and reboot the device once.
Also, share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more understanding.
We are here for help, just need more info.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.
As you have the latest version of iOS and Acrobat Reader mobile app, please try the steps below and see of that works:
1. Check Trackpad Settings: If you're using a Magic Keyboard or an external trackpad, ensure it’s connected properly and that iPadOS settings (under Settings > General > Trackpad & Mouse) are configured correctly.
2. Restart your iPad: A simple restart can sometimes resolve app-related glitches, especially after updates.
Let us know how it goes.

From what I was told from a phone conversation with your support that it was a app glich that wont be fixed tell they fix it in the next update. That was back in February and the problem is still not fixed.
