iRig Bluetooth pageturner doesn’t work anymore with acrobat reader

I used to easily use my iRig Bluetooth pageturner when playing the piano, with the piano sheet in full screen modus on 'one page' setting. Now suddenly the pageturner doesn't work anymore, meaning if I press the button for next page on my iRig Bluetooth device, nothing happens in acrobat. After playing with the settings I discovered it does work in the continuous mode, which is a very frustrating mode when playing the piano because I lose track of where I was. Is this some update in the app that it doesn't work anymore? This really ruins my fun when playing the piano, I would like to see it fixed asap. Thank you

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

Would you mind sharing the app version number you are using now? To check so, you can click on profile on the top right-> click on "About Acrobat.".

Also, can you capture a screen recording video while explaining what used to happen earlier and what you see now?

Share these will help us take it up further with the team for a quicker fix and resolution.

I have the same issue.

iPad with Adobe Acrobat (v 24.12.02)
iRig BlueTurn bluetooth page turner will only work when Acrobat View Settings = Continuous.
In this configuration the page only nudges up/down... which is not what I'm looking for.

I need Acrobat View Settings = Single page to work with this page turner.

(there are other modes to this page turner, but they are irrelevant to this ask)
