I don't want to sound rude, but your Acrobat Reader Mobile app has a help menu with very detailed tutorials on how to get started and how to get things done.

The following page is found in that Help menu (not just online): https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/combine.html

It took me literally less than 10 seconds to find this information.
