La aplicacion de adobe acrobat no me sincroniza los documentos con drive.

Mi intencion de utilizar adobe acrobat es la de poder resarlar y editar mis documentos de drive pero no se actualizan mis documentos en drive y queda en una carga infinuta y nunca actualiz completamente el documento y tampoco me deja cancelar la actualizacion la unica manera que actualiza es subiendi una copia pero aun asi no puedo cancelar las actualizaciones de los documentos anteriores dejandome sin la posibilidad en mi telefono de abrir ese documento desde drive. ademas que la aplicacion se cierra sola cuando seleccionas algo resaltado y probe borrando el cache como me dijeton los de soporte

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

From the description, it seems that the drive connector within the application is unable to access the drive or is facing difficulties syncing with the server.

 

Would you mind trying out the below steps:

1. Within Acrobat-> go to Files Tab;

2. Click on the drive you are seeing the issue with;

3. Once there, click the three dots to the top right;

4. Manage Drive Account;

5. Click the "minus" sign to the right of the account;

6. Go to Home-> Profile-> Logout.

7. Restart the app-> login.

8. Go to the files tab and log in to your drive again.
