Latest Acrobat Reader Pdf mobile app from App Store AND my Adobe account NOT loading past files!

Greetings All,

The latest as of today 8.13.2021 Acrobat Reader Pdf mobile app, downloaded from the App Store AND my signed-in Adobe account, is not loading any of my previous files. Erasing and resetting two iPads reloads all apps EXCEPT the Adobe reader app, which showing still loading after 24 hrs. 

And I couldn't find the problem identified on the website or here. Hope thus helps!

Hope you are doing well.

Sorry for the delayed response. As per the issue description that you are not able to see the files in acrobat. 

If the files are not visible in application but has been stored to the "Document Cloud" then it should be accessible through the website- https://cloud.acrobat.com/

As you cant find the files on the web either, so the only possibility would be the incorrect email address. Please cross check the email whether you are using the exact same one that you have used earlier to save the documents on Document Cloud or a different one.
