Hello,
Thank you so much for replying - for some reason your emails went straight into my spam folder and I've only just found them! So sorry.
I compose my patterns in Word 365 on an iPad, adding and formatting pictures as I go along. I then save to pdf by choosing 'send a copy', changing the format to pdf when asked and saving to the Adobe Acrobat app. This is the only way that seems to work on the iPad. I do not have a paid-for Adobe account.
My patterns are then sold (via the portal Ravelry) in pdf format for digital download. What I want to do is 'lock' my pdf before offering it for download so that buyers are unable to read it in liquid mode. Obviously I am not able to disable liquid mode on the reader's device.
Thank you for any help you can offer.
Christine

[Acrobat Reader Mobile Discussions] Re: Lock pdf to disable reading in liquid mode
Hello
@Christine27551270zljz I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the trouble.
Would you mind sharing the workflow you're doing while creating the PDF?
Also, are you saving the pdf using the "Save as" option or "Save as Adobe"? Try saving the pdf using the "Save as Adobe" option and check if you still have the same issue.
If you want to disable Liquid mode, then refer to this help article:
Acrobat Reader Mobile - Liquid Mode
Let us know if you're referring to something else.
Regards,
Krutikka
