Missing Tools in Acrobat Pro

Question

I've just subscribed to Acrobat pro in order to send pdf files with video but on opening Acrobat I cannot see the video tool described in the Tutorial (see screenshot of my pdf file opened with Acrobat). I seem to have a much smaller set of tools than shown in the tutorial video.  I am using an iPad (9th generation) operating iPadOS version 17.4.1. I am non technical but would appreciate any help. Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

The pop-up you see for all tools is a set of tools available on the mobile version of Acrobat (which is majorly used). A few other tools will be available if you click on the three dots at the top-right of the screen.
