Hello,

it looks like i have multiple accounts ( at least 2) with different usernames, passwords and icons colours ( one is yellow and one is blue).

both accounts are subscribed to pro.

one is billing on 30th of each month and another one is on 11th of each month.

how i can combine these accounts with all the data from both accounts?

also, i dont want to pay twice for the same plan.

could you please help me?

thank you!

Hi @Vlada250642844d8k,

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to merge the data of two different accounts into one.

To do so, what I'd suggest you is go to: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and then create a folder and put in all the files in that one folder. Once done, you can click the three dots on the right hand side of the folder name-> click on download to get the data saved offline.

Once done with that, you can upload the same folder to the other account you want to keep.

Since there is no direct way to transfer data from one account to another, this is the workaround I could come up with.

Once you are ready with the data migration, you can go forward with the cancellation of subscription on the account as per your requirement.

Hope this helps.
