Excuse me, I'm a professional using iPad Pro.. I pay annually for the premium version… my work is based on processing multiple data simultaneously and having multiple pdf files open is a must ! I am very disappointed by your answer !!! This is something you have to fix immediately...

The feature has been worked upon and should be launching very soon.
I cannot commit to the exact date of the release but is planned for the first quarter of next year.

Hi Souvik,
In my world 3 months is a relatively long period of time. So can you please explain how 3 months + is regarded as 'very soon'? Also do you have an update on this? This is a feature that I use often and I have just switched to an iPad Pro from a MacBook. Yet this is not an issue that is advertised and has only become apparent post purchase.

There are limitations to the app's behavior when we compare an iPad with a Mac. The feature has been worked on and should be available by this quarter of the year.

The 1st quarter is over now. I don't see this feature in the iOS/iPadOS app. Could you please provide an update or, if I am simply missing something, a clarification on how to engage this feature (specifically on an iPad). Thank you.

There have been some complications when testing the feature on iPad, and thus has been delayed.
The feature will be released soon.

We are now in September and the feature is still not here. I am sorry but this is not incredibly professional of Adobe, despite Adobe stating its a professional app! At present I am still paying Adobe for use of this app despuite having to pay and use another app that gives me this option! I know more fool me!

The problem is that we "rest assured" since 2021 !
It is outrageous that Adobe hasn’t fixed this fundamental issue yet… and it was the most expensive app (not sure if it is still). That’s why I striped it out and I subscribed to PDF Expert which I highly recommended to all.

I must apologise, However, I am unsure of what you are stating. We are told it's coming in the first quarter of this year. And now it needs to be reviewed by the engineering team? That only tells me that the feature wasn't being implemented in the first place! so basically we were being lied to? is this the case?

Although I understand that complications in the app can cause delays, I’m disappointed that the feature we were promised in the first quarter of this year is still not available. We’re now in the fourth quarter, and there’s no sign of it. As a company, you seem to be prioritizing AI features at an additional cost to users, while neglecting features that have been repeatedly requested and are already included in your current subscription. When will this feature be available? The latest update I received was that it will be reviewed by the engineering team, but I’m curious about the timeline for its implementation.
Furthermore, as a company, you appear to forget that all the profits, wages, and salaries paid to your staff are ultimately paid for by your customers. Yet, there’s no real support or consideration for the people who actually subscribe to Adobe products, who are essentially paying for your wages.

This just goes to show that ADOBE is not really interested in thier customers, and what the customer asks for. No response from them at all.
For months now I have been reporting a "BUG" within thier software, whilst in "Night Viewing Mode" you can not fill in forms as you can't actually see the text your filling in as it appears black, on a black background. If they can't even get the simple things correct, how can they add new featears that have been constantly asked for since at least 2019.
Adobe is a HUGE disappointment and a disaster of a company.
