I entered my credit card details, yet nothing is working. I can't even contact proper support or cancel the "subscription", which isn't even working!
In case I end up charged I will demand a refund

Ok now I at least was able to cancel my subscription in the Galaxy Store.
Please just delete everything including this account & thread, as you're clearly not able to provide functioning service and I'll look elsewhere now.

I'm not sure what you were paying for. Acrobat Mobile is free. Unless you want to utilize the Document Cloud Services, then you would need a subscription. Not sure what you were trying to accomplish.
