Need help urgently

I need acrobat reader version 11.0.09 to receive and fill out immigration papers. Please help!

every time I try to download a PDF file this happens and other times it tells me that I need the version 11.0.09

You need to use a computer to complete this task.The mobile viewer you use is not able to display the form.

OK thank you is it possible for me to use the software that I’ve purchased
for another computer?
