Correct answer Amal.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

To get rid of those red notification numbers follow the below steps.

1. Open the Settings app.
2.Go to Notification Center
3. Find the app. In this case, we'll use Acrobat Reader as an example.
4. Tap the Badge App Icon toggle switch so its off and see if that works.

For more information , please check the help page https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/settings.html#:~:text=device%20controls%20notifications%3A-,Go%20to%20your%20device's%20settings%20screen.,Enable%20or%20disable%20Allow%20Notifications

Let us know how it goes.

Regards

Amal

Hi @israel22368436hum5 @Geigel739139 @Der Flieger

Sorry for the inconvenience you all are facing. We are investigating the cause of the issue. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Application version?

2. iOS version?

Make sure that the application is up to date.

Your patience and cooperation are really appreciated.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hello. Here are details:

iPadOS 15.2 (19C56)

Acrobat 21.10.00 (20211020.154239)

Same issue exists on iPhone as well, but don't have it in front of me at the moment to provide version info. I do know I have latest iOS and regularly keep apps updated.

When I open the app and look at notifications it shows it's empty. I have a paid Adobe CreativeCloud subscription in case that has any bearing on it. I have also offloaded and redownloaded the app (and signed out and then back in a number of times) but nothing works.

For me it's just a single persistent "1" showing on the notification badge. Thanks!

Amal.

That doesn't clear the notifications that just turns off the number. How about a real answer?

Agreed. I can't believe that an "Adobe Employee" could be that stupid to think that was an appropriate solution. I have done every single thing I can think of to clear the Acrobat notification on iOS, macOS, Adobe's website, etc.
