Hi admin,

I had paid for one year subscription thru apple subscription, money had been reduced but it still can't use as premium, please advise as soon as possible

Could you please try to switch the network on your device? 

If you're using your Wi-Fi, please switch to cellular data and check if it works. 

 

Are you logging in with your Apple ID or Adobe ID? Kindly try to log in with your Apple ID once.

 

Also, Try to restore your purchase, with the help of this article: -

I' m facing the same issue. I paid for yearly subscription through Google play store. But my android  Adobe app shows that i'm still a free user. I have tried everything as suggested but nothing seems to be working. Money is already deducted. Google play shows my subscription is active. Please help.
