Particular document does not let me edit even if I am on Premium Subscription

Hi!

 

I have this particular document that I previously was able to edit as I am on Premium Subscription. However, later on, I couldn't anymore. I checked other documents, and I was able to edit on those. I tried logging out of my account, restarting my iPad, and relogging in, but to no avail. Help!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

As mentioned that you were able to edit the file earlier. Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile (go to Profile-> About Adobe Acrobat);

2. The Android/iOS version of your device you are on;

3. A screenshot of the error you see when trying to edit the file;

4. The file on which you experience the issue.
