Pdf file not open

I keep getting the following error after downloading a pdf file on my android phone: "This file cannot be accessed. Check your connection or make filename shorter."

Running Androiod on Realme XT. Been getting this error continuously since the past week or so. Kindly resolve this problem.

  1. Could you share the screenshot of error?
  2. Do you have premium subscription? To check please refer : https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/troubleshooting.html?highlight=about 
  3.  What is the source and size of file?

Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.

For Android Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.10.00
