PDF weird characters open in iOS 13 iPad version Acrobat Reader

I have a problem when I opened the pdf file in iPad version Acrobat Reader. I has some weird symbol on each character. This issues is only on the iOS 13 iPad version. I using the other version Acrobat Reader to open same pdf file didn't have that problem.

Were all fonts used by the PDF file embedded in the PDF file? The “fallback” fonts on iOS don't match those on Windows or MacOS.
