I have been unable to edit my PDF for months. It keeps telling to to subscribe to use the features I need and I purchased the premium package last December. I need this to work and I need help.

Could you please try to switch the network on your device?
If you're using your Wi-Fi, please switch to cellular data and check if it works.
Are you logging in with your Apple ID or Adobe ID? Kindly try to log in with your Apple ID once.

If you have recently moved to a new state, please try changing the country account details from your adobe account.

Thanks for your assistance. I didn't change countries so that's not the issue. It was a glitch on apples end. Thank you it's repaired now.
