Continuous signal of a notification but no accompanying message. Have toggled notifications in settings, rebooted, and searched every option. Won't go away on iPhone 12.

hi DPSumrall,

Thanks for contacting us. Can you please double check that the Notifications is turned OFF for Acrobat as below?

1. Open the Settings app on your device

2. Scroll down near to the bottom, "Acrobat" should be there

3. Choose "Acrobat" and the "Notifications" should be there

4. Choose the "Notifications" and now you should be able to toggle OFF the notifications

After turning it OFF, please relaunch Acrobat to see if the notification goes away.

Thank you for your patience.

Yes, if I turn notifications off it goes away. But as soon as I enable notifications again it says I have a notification when I don't...

In this case,  you might have a Shared file which someone shared with you. Could you please go to the "Home" screen and check is there a red dot at the Bell icon?

If there it is, please tap the "Bell" icon to open the "Notifications" panel, then tap the "Done" button to dismiss it. Then the notification should be gone.

If it still doesn't work, you can do the following,

1. Go to Settings app -> "Acrobat" -> "Notifications"

2. Turn OFF the "Badges" and exit the Settings app

Now, there should be no more notificaiton badge after all.

Please give it try and see if it works for you.

Thank you for your patience and hope this helps.

I did as suggested. There is no red dot on the bell (indicating a notification). But it still shows on the avatar as if there is a notification. If I turn off notifications, it goes away.
