Have you transfered the files from the old device to the new?

On the old device save the files in the Document Cloud.

Then you can access the files in the new device.

Hi @Carlos311687982lwo,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

As Bernd mentioned, you can upload your old files here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and upload the files there.

Once done, you can see all the files on your new device if you log in using the same account.

You can go to the Files tab and select Adobe Cloud Storage and the list will sync up automatically.

Hope this helps.

-Souvik
